Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who is passionate about data-driven marketing and ROI optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. Your goal is simple: drive results and maximize ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Continuously test creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.

Analyze performance data to identify what works and what doesnt — and take action fast.

Track conversions, monitor KPIs, and report performance with insights and recommendations.

Work closely with design and development teams to ensure landing pages and creatives support campaign goals.

Explore new advertising opportunities and trends to improve client results.

Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in running paid campaigns across major ad platforms.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Proven ability to improve ad performance through experimentation and optimization.

Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.

Ability to think strategically and act tactically.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
