Job Summary:

Hype Marketer is looking for a talented, responsible, and proactive Web Developer who is highly skilled in WordPress development and has solid experience in Core PHP or Laravel. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building user-friendly websites, have the ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vikroli West, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites using WordPress.

Customize WordPress themes and plugins to suit project-specific needs.

Build custom web applications using PHP or Laravel.

Work closely with design and content teams to deliver functional, responsive, and visually appealing websites.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure consistent functionality.

Maintain detailed documentation of code, tasks, and updates.

Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality benchmarks.

Must be available to work from the office as per company policy.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.

Solid experience in Core PHP; knowledge of Laravel is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.

Ability to integrate APIs and third-party services.

Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

Keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar web development role.
