This is not a “run ads” role. This is a technical, analytical, multi-platform performance function where your ability to optimize, scale, troubleshoot, and engineer outcomes matters more than anything else. You will work across multiple channels, industries, and funnel structures, and you must be able to improve performance consistently, not occasionally.
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, Remarketing)
• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Basic understanding of programmatic and automation tools
You must know:
• How each platform behaves
• What each platform is best used for
• How to build cross-channel funnels that reinforce each other
This is the core of the role.
You must show mastery in:
• Reducing CPL without killing volume
• Improving CTR with creative, copy, and audience shifts
• Scaling budgets without breaking the funnel
• Running A/B tests with hypotheses, not random variations
• Fixing drops in performance immediately
• Troubleshooting attribution issues and platform inconsistencies
• Adjusting bidding strategies based on performance signals
If optimization is not your strength, this role will expose it very quickly.
• Build campaigns aligned with customer intent
• Map cold, warm, and hot audience paths
• Identify where conversions are leaking and propose fixes
• Work closely on landing pages and recommend CRO actions
• Understand conversion psychology and message–market match
• Go beyond generic insights
• Read patterns, not surface-level data
• Translate numbers into actionable decisions
• Communicate insights clearly to internal teams and clients
• Build weekly dashboards with clarity and narrative
You won’t design or write, but you must guide.
• Suggest angles, messaging, formats, and hooks
• Test variations intentionally
• Identify when creative fatigue hits
• Push for refresh cycles proactively
• Manage budgets with precision
• Ensure pacing, cost control, and ROI consistency
• Allocate spend intelligently based on learning cycles
• Communicate performance simply and confidently
• Manage expectations based on data
• Convert unclear business needs into structured marketing actions
• Handle pressure without chaos
• Present recommendations with clarity
• Ability to optimize aggressively and intelligently
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
• Comfort with multi-client, multi-industry workloads
• Ownership-driven and able to move without supervision
• Background in EdTech, Real Estate, SaaS, or service-based businesses
• Experience working with funnels and CRO
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
• Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, events, and attribution
• “Boost post” level advertisers
