Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience, especially in real estate marketing and other lead-driven brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
• Handle lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and other brands
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Track and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
• Work closely with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience with real estate campaigns (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and remarketing
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Good understanding of tracking tools (Pixel, GA, conversion APIs)
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a marketing agency
• Knowledge of landing page optimization
• Exposure to other industries like e-commerce, education, or service brands.
