Description
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Lascade, a fast-growing mobile app studio, your primary responsibility will be to drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and creative advertising initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work across various sectors including health, travel, utilities, and education. Your key responsibilities will include: - Running and scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and more. - Collaborating with the product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, encompassing both static and video formats. - Taking charge of performance dashboards and reporting utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). - Optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), retention rates, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). - Conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences to enhance campaign performance. - Staying abreast of platform algorithms, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks to maximize campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Proven experience in running ROI-driven paid campaigns within the mobile app industry. - Proficiency in tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). - A strong creative mindset with the ability to develop captivating ad content that captures user attention. - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting campaign data efficiently to drive strategic decision-making. - A self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented approach to performance marketing.
