Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Performance Marketer who excels at turning data into action. In this role, you’ll take charge of strategizing, executing, and fine-tuning paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize conversions and ROI for a diverse client base.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Perform keyword analysis, segment audiences, and run A/B tests to enhance campaign outcomes
• Track campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams to align strategy and messaging
• Deliver insightful performance reports and optimization recommendations
• Handle campaign budgets effectively and maintain cost-efficiency
• Stay ahead of trends and updates in ad platforms and performance marketing practices

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (PPC, social media advertising, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and funnel optimization
• Skilled in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
