Job Description

Our digital marketing agency is seeking a Performance Marketer to develop and execute datadriven marketing campaigns that generate measurable results for our clients. As a Performance Marketer you should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and tactics, such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored marketing strategies, and monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms, including but not limited to paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify the most relevant and profitable target audiences for our clients products and services. Collaborate with our clients to develop effective marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and budget constraints. Set up and monitor campaigns in advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to ensure optimal performance and ROI. Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, such as ad creative, targeting, bidding, and landing page optimization. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for our clients, highlighting key metrics and insights, as well as recommendations for further optimization and growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing, and share your knowledge with the team and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have run sizable budgets in performance marketing. (Above Rs. 5L pm for Indian Clients and above $10,000 pm for international clients) 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record of generating high ROAS for the clients (ecommerce and other verticals). Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and tactics, such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency in advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, as well as web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs and ROI targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
