Job Description

Blueslag Technologies is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in paid marketing. If you have a solid understanding of running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA)
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
• Collaborate with the design/content team for ad creatives
• Provide performance reports and insights to guide decisions
• Stay up to date with ad platform updates and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel
• Understanding of sales funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with eCommerce or lead-gen campaigns is a bonus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
