About the Role

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other eCommerce marketplaces

  .
• Manage

  performance-driven campaigns

  including Search, Display, Shopping, Retargeting, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Continuously monitor

  campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, and CAC

  to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to design

  high-converting ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

  .
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  for ads, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards

  .
• Stay updated with

  latest trends in digital marketing, marketplace algorithms, and performance marketing strategies

  .

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience

  in

  performance marketing

  , preferably in the

  eCommerce domain

  .
• Proven track record of running

  ROI-positive campaigns

  on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce platforms like

  Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or others

  .
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as

  Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and Data Studio

  .
• Good understanding of

  CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and attribution models

  .
• Ability to manage

  budgets, scale campaigns, and achieve sales targets

  .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  SEO, Email Marketing, or Influencer Marketing

  .
• Knowledge of

  Affiliate/Partner Marketing tools

  .
• Certification in

  Google Ads / Meta Ads

  .
