What Youll Be Doing: Own and lead performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and more. Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS and CAC. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate brand goals into paid media success. Constantly test ad creatives, copy variations, and audience strategies for optimization. Report, analyze, and tweak strategies based on platform insights and business KPIs. Maintain and build vendor and ad platform partnerships. Guide media plans with a mix of paid search, paid social, and new emerging channels. Work closely with the creative team to guide thumb-stopping visuals and high-converting copy. What You Must Have: 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience especially for D2C brands. Proven track record of achieving ROAS targets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms. A deep understanding of digital funnels, attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion metrics. Strong grasp of KPIs like CAC, LTV, AOV, CTR, CVR, and how to influence them. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets. Data-driven mindset you dont just follow gut, you let the numbers guide you.
