Performance Management Coordinator

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end performance appraisals and KPI tracking
  • Support talent management initiatives such as development plans and succession planning
  • Generate performance reports and dashboards for management insights
  • Collaborate with HR, Team Leads, and Operations
  • Suggest improvements to performance management processes

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    2-3 years in

    performance management

    within

    BPO or multi-shift environments

  • Employee Coverage:

    Hands-on experience managing

    performance for 300+ employees

  • Talent Management:

    Strong understanding of

    appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning

  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in

    Excel

    (advanced formulas, dashboards, reporting) and

    performance management tools

  • Soft Skills:

    Excellent

    coordination, communication, and stakeholder management

    abilities
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to

    analyze performance data

    and generate actionable insights
