Job Description

We are hiring for one of our client in Navi Mumbai: Seawoods Location. 5-8 Yrs of experience of leading Performance Management Operations for multinational corporations. Assist in the design and delivery of performance management initiatives. Administer performance management systems - data accuracy, monitor and report program effectiveness, query management. Prepare reports and dashboards Provide support and guidance to team members. Good communication, stakeholder management, In-depth knowledge of global performance management operations Proficiency in Oracle and / or SuccessFactors HCM.SAP and / or Darwin Box.
