We were the 2nd most downloaded dating app in 2020 and ranked 3rd among the top-grossing dating apps in India after Tinder & Bumble. Aisle has more success stories per 1000 users than any other dating app in India. As of March 2022, Aisle is a part of InfoEdge, one of the largest tech public companies in India. Responsibilities Own and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, and more) to drive installs, registrations, and revenue. Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across acquisition and re-engagement funnels, improving ROAS and LTV/CAC. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless user journey from first click to retention. Lead creative testing frameworks for ad copies, videos, and landing pages tailored to different audience personas. Experiment with emerging channels (e.g., influencer-led performance, affiliates, programmatic) to diversify Aisles growth engine. Scale successful campaigns and test new channels Manage performance marketing budgets efficiently with a sharp eye on CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROI. Work closely with data & analytics to build attribution models and deliver actionable insights. Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of growth trends in the dating and consumer app space. Identify new paid channels or growth hacks that can bring incremental value. Requirements 5–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2C brands or consumer apps (ideally in dating, fintech, gaming, or social). Strong track record of managing large-scale campaigns on Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC). Sharp analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch, Mixpanel, Excel, and Looker/Data Studio. Creative thinker with a knack for user segmentation, copy direction, and audience-based targeting. Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns, teams, and priorities. Passion for the dating app space and understanding of Indian consumer behavior is a huge plus. Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with ownership-first attitude.
