Operational Strategy & Planning

• Develop 23 year business roadmaps using an outside-in industry perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and R&D.
• Conduct CapEx and OpEx analysis using TCO, ROI, and NPV models.
• Optimize product mix for various capacity and capital scenarios.

Operational Excellence Initiatives

• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and RBS culture and implementation.
• Lead improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Productivity.
• Facilitate Strategic Goals and Manufacturing Analysis Workshops.
• Implement and coach on RBS 4M programs like ICCM, TPM, SFM, and MMS.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and deliver impactful improvements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 310 years of experience in operational manufacturing roles with team leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in driving significant performance improvements.

Technical Competence

• Strong understanding of the solar/PV industry.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools like JMP, Minitab, and MS Office.
