Job Description

8–12 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering
Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test plans and scripts using JMeter
Strong hands-on experience scripting in JMeter using Java, Groovy, or BeanShell
Perform load, stress, and endurance testing in cloud and distributed environments
Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization
Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues
Monitor application performance using APM tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or similar platforms
Experience with REST APIs, web application performance, and component-level testing
Exposure to client-side performance testing tools like Lighthouse or similar
Work effectively in Agile teams and participate in capacity planning activities
Lead and mentor performance QA engineers, providing technical guidance
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
Prepare clear performance reports with findings and actionable recommendations
Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies
Retail domain performance testing experience is a plus
