Role: Investment Banking Experience: 2-5 Years Notice Period: Immediate Skills: Performance Calculation, Performance Reporting, Indices, Benchmark, Mutual Funds, Attribution Apply Now: srividhya.g@twsol.com Primary Responsibilities Performance Operations • This individual will ensure that the Vendor meets all internal and external deliverables against the established Service Level Agreement • They will work on performance inquires, risk issues and reporting requirements and deliverables. • Understand the performance requirements of Morgan Stanleys proprietary funds, local reporting rules and regulatory requirements and work with functional teams in providing accurate performance data. • Understand and work on the FIRMs annual GIPS verification process. • Work within the group to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies with Operations teams. • Have a thorough understanding on return calculation methodology, subscription, redemption, composites, return reconciliation and should work closely with business team to ensure performance queries are actioned on a timely manner. • Good understanding on indices/benchmark and perform the benchmark set up for new and existing portfolios. • Thorough understanding on financial instruments. Skills required (essential) • Asset management performance calculation and reporting experience including knowledge of alternative return calculations and GIPS standards. • Keen attention to detail • Good communication skills • Good team player • Fluency with all MS Office Tools • Ability to ‘think out of the box’ and look for creative solutions. • Ability to perform tasks with precision and accuracy.
