We are expanding our digital marketing team and seeking a driven, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Ads Expert with proven experience in Real Estate Lead Generation through Google Ads & Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
If you are passionate about scaling campaigns, generating high-quality property leads, and working with premium real estate projects, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Plan, launch & optimize Google Search, Display & YouTube ad campaigns
✅ Create, manage & scale Meta Lead Gen & Conversion campaigns
✅ Handle luxury residential & commercial real estate projects
✅ Daily optimization for CPL, ROAS, CTR & Lead Quality
✅ Audience research, competitor analysis & funnel strategy
✅ Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality & closure ratio
✅ Implement & manage GA4, GTM, Conversion API & Meta Pixel
✅ A/B testing of creatives, ad copies & landing pages
✅ Weekly & monthly reporting with actionable insights

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
✔ 1–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
✔ Strong command over Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
✔ Prior experience in Real Estate Lead Generation is highly preferred
✔ Understanding of CRM integrations & sales funnel tracking
✔ Creative + data-driven approach to scaling campaigns
✔ Strong analytical & decision-making skills
