As a People Partnership Lead at Electronic Arts in Hyderabad, India, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional people experiences, supporting talent development, and fostering a high-performance workforce. Collaborate with People Experiences and business teams to build leadership capability and emphasize the importance of continuous performance coaching and effective communication. - **Talent Enablement:** Facilitate employee and leader development through talent management activities aligned with organizational goals. Drive talent development initiatives such as Performance Management, Talent Planning, and Focal. Define role evaluations and talent requirements to enhance hiring processes and promote career growth. - **Insights & Analytics:** Utilize technology to increase the impact of People Experiences and prepare the organization for digital practices. Analyze people data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and align practices with strategic business objectives. - **Business Acumen:** Understand the business context and balance employee, leader, and business needs within the cultural landscape. Apply insights from analyzing client and regional business dynamics to address challenges and drive relevant ideas for continuous improvement. - **Program Delivery:** Ensure timely delivery of core People Experience programs and serve as a point of escalation for local managers with inquiries. - **Change Management:** Collaborate with site leadership and global partners to assess change readiness for People initiatives, provide localization input, and drive solutions that promote adoption. - **Team Player:** Demonstrate a collaborative spirit by supporting colleagues as needed. Your organizational skills, compassion, and commitment to team success are essential. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in a relevant field with five to eight years of progressive experience as an HRBP/People partner. - Proven track record in managing and implementing complex HR programs across different business regions. - Strong analytical mindset leveraging data-driven insights to support business objectives. - Expertise in coaching, change management, and talent development. - Proficiency in project management and delivery, ensuring high-impact talent programs across the organization. - Good understanding of local employment law and regional employment customs. - Passion for fostering healthy organizations and leveraging culture as a competitive advantage.
