Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Analyst to join our new Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. As a foundational member of our People team, you will be the backbone of our daily People activities.
This role is a key part of our global People Operations team. You will be trained on our standard global tools and processes to ensure consistency and excellence. While your primary focus will be supporting the new India site, you will be expected to learn global standards and may also support operational duties for other countries in the APAC region. This role is perfect for a process-driven individual who thrives on creating efficiency and delivering an exceptional employee experience within a global framework.

Your Impact

  1. Deliver First-Class Employee Support

  • Act as the Tier 1 point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding People policies, processes, benefits, and leave, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage the People support ticketing system, ensuring all queries are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
  1. Execute employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Own the end-to-end administrative execution of employee onboarding, background verification coordination, and new hire setup
  • Manage the offboarding process, including coordinating exit formalities, and ensuring a smooth departure experience.
  1. HR Programs Compliance Administration

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of all HR programs
  • Provide critical administrative support to the India HR Generalist for statutory compliance, including maintaining registers, preparing documentation, and handling routine filings.
  1. Global Collaboration Process Alignment

  • Work collaboratively with HRBPs, including India People team and global Centers of Excellence (COEs), to ensure seamless process delivery
  • Proactively learn and master global People standards, tools, and processes as a member of the Global People Operatons team.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a global mindset by supporting People operational duties for other APAC countries as required.

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Coordinator role.

  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a global Tech, SaaS, or GCC organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing core HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management.
  • A strong customer-service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Indian statutory compliance administration is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with global HRIS systems specifically Workday, is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a

    start-up or scale-up GCC

    environment (0 500+ employees).
  • Experience supporting multiple countries or regions from a centralized hub.
  • A passion for identifying and implementing process improvements in a global context.
