Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Senior in Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Consulting – People Consulting (PC) – Change Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and excellent communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Ensure high-quality deliverables through internal reviews and client feedback. Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities within the practice. Support leadership in developing the practice through collaboration with global offices and demand generation for change management projects. Build capability in change management by collaborating with various parts of the GDS organization and other EY member firms. Drive effective client communication and build relations with clients and project team counterparts across global locations. Manage ambiguity and proactively drive results-oriented solutions. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree or equivalent specialization in Human Resources. 6-9 years of relevant experience in change management, preferably in a consulting environment. Experience executing change management efforts on global client projects. Strong working knowledge of organizational change management elements, including strategy, visioning, communication, impact assessment, stakeholder management, training design, and delivery. Ability to manage and provide direction to project team members. Experience in learning design and content development using instructional design principles. APMG, PROSCI certification is preferred. Exposure to stakeholder workshop design, content curation, and co-facilitation is beneficial. Experience in communications strategy, planning, and execution. Awareness of new age/digital solutions to enable change such as automation, gamification, advanced analytics/visualization, and day-in-life-of workshops. Experience working with data using analytics/statistical tools like SPSS, Power BI, R, Spotfire. Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud platforms – Oracle, SAP, and other out-of-box HR technologies. Working knowledge of Project management.
