Job Description

As a Senior in the People Consulting (PC) Change Management team at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will play a critical role in managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to align clients" HR functions with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. Your expertise in Change Management will be instrumental in driving growth within the PC team. Here are the key responsibilities for this role: - Ensure high-quality project deliverables through exhaustive internal reviews and excellent client feedback - Become a subject matter expert in one or more areas within the HR functional domain - Establish effective client communication and build relationships with global project counterparts - Contribute to the development of thought leadership, tools, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities - Collaborate with EY global offices to drive demand generation for change management projects - Build change management capabilities in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organization and other EY member firms To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - High integrity and commitment to working in a challenging environment - Ability to manage ambiguity and proactively address challenges - Strong communication and presentation skills - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability - Willingness to travel for client projects as per EY and country-specific guidelines Qualifications required for this role include: - Postgraduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) - 6-9 years of relevant experience - Experience in executing change management efforts on global client projects - Strong working knowledge of organizational change management elements - Experience in managing project team members and driving business readiness Ideally, you will also have: - APMG, PROSCI, or equivalent certification - Exposure to stakeholder workshop design and content curation - Experience in communication strategy and planning - Knowledge of new age/digital solutions for change enablement - Working knowledge of HCM cloud and out-of-box HR technologies EY offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring projects and develop new skills.
