As an Analytics Consultant at EY, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams that aim to build a better working world. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Analytics and HR consulting to lead global HR analytics projects and address people-related challenges. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - 1-5 years of experience in Analytics and HR consulting domain - Minimum 2 years of experience in leading global HR analytics projects, including predictive analytics, modelling, descriptive analysis, logistical and regression analysis - Masters degree in Analytics or HR, full-time MBA/EMBA - Experience in master data management and data governance processes - Working knowledge of HR Systems and other HR data sources In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences: - Strong expertise in Analytics and experience in leading analytics projects for global clients - Proficiency in statistical tools and techniques such as R, Python, Alteryx, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Advance Excel (VBA & Forms) - Proven track record in data extraction/transformation analytics, visualization approaches, and data fluency - Experience in big data and machine learning concepts - Consulting experience for global organizations in areas such as workforce planning & restructuring, survey analytics, recruitment analytics, learning & development analytics, and clustering - Ability to determine Key People Metrics by analyzing data sets and identifying trends - Expertise in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and model creation - Proficient in managing data, deriving insights, and reporting for business decision-making - Experience in stakeholder and client management - Excellent written and verbal communications skills At EY, we are committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
