Job Description

As a member of the team at Fractal, you will play a crucial role in leveraging AI and behavioural sciences to assist clients in making better decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Take the lead in analyzing employee data from various sources to identify meaningful trends and insights. Ensure timely delivery of the analytics calendar. - **Storyboarding:** Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports to effectively communicate people insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders across all levels. Proficiency in Excel is a must, while experience with Power BI is beneficial. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with Business partnering, cross-functional, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations. - **Project Management:** Manage ad hoc projects, define metrics, and deliver ongoing dashboards and reports to support talent strategies. - **Data Governance:** Uphold the integrity, security, and quality of people analytics data by implementing and overseeing data governance frameworks. - **Training and Development:** Provide leadership and training to team members on analytics best practices to cultivate a data-driven culture within the function. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - **Educational Background:** MBA with a bachelor's degree in engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy/planning. Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and insights presentations for C-Suite stakeholders. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel and visualization techniques, along with a working understanding of statistical techniques such as regression for formulating forecasting models. - **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Moreover, the key competencies required for this role include: - Strong problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to align business strategy with talent strategy. - Capability for in-depth analysis and the development of impactful visualizations.
