Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience in Pega and Smart Dispute to join our team in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models using PEGA + Smart Dispute.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and implement CDH components to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to PEGA + Smart Dispute.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Pega, with at least 5 years focused on Smart Dispute.
Strong knowledge of PEGA CSSA certified and its applications.
Experience with full-time graduate education and Pega Lead System Architect certification is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Notice period: 0-45 days.
