Key Responsibilities

Pega Development

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using

  Pega PRPC

  (v7.x/8.x).
• Build and customize components within

  Pega Smart Investigate

  framework.
• Configure case types, flows, data pages, integration rules, and UI components.
  
• Develop and optimize decision rules, activities, and declarative rules.
  

Smart Investigate (SI)

• Work on payment investigations, exceptions, dispute management, and case routing.
  
• Implement SI-specific components:
  
• Payment Investigation flows
  
• Exceptions handling
  
• Correspondence templates
  
• Inquiry case processing
  
• Customize SI workflows to meet business requirements.
  

Integration & Data

• Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
  
• Work with databases, data transforms, and external data sources.
  

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
  
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  
• Ensure application adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, architects, and stakeholders.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical design.
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience

  in Pega development.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Pega Smart Investigate

  , preferably in Banking/Payments.
• Pega CSA or CSSA certification (preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, ruleset design, and class structure.
  
• Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST, MQ).
  
• Good understanding of payments domain (SWIFT, FED, ACH) is a plus.
  
• Ability to write technical design documents and support Agile ceremonies.
