Role Overview:

Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications using

  Pega PRPC

  and related tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Pega workflows, case management, and UI components.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support during deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience:

  2–5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.

• Technical Skills:

• Pega PRPC (v8.x preferred)
• Case Management and Decisioning
• Integration using REST/SOAP
• Knowledge of Java and SQL

• Certifications:

  Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) or higher preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Pega frameworks (CRM, Customer Service, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
