Job description : We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our Digital Banking team. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting applications built on the Pega Platform in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities : Experience : 3 - 6 years of experience as a Pega Developer. Design and develop scalable Pega applications. Collaborate with project teams to define and implement technical solutions. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Pega. Build end-to-end solutions for banking product journeys. Integrate Pega with APIs and external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, etc. Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day technical support. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Pega certification (PCSA, PCSSA, or PCLSA) is required. Strong knowledge of Pega Implementation Methodology. Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON. Experience with API integrations and tools like GIT, YAML. Exposure to Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) practices. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell/Unix) and DevOps concepts.
