Pega Developer

As a highly experienced and technically skilled Senior PEGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust enterprise-grade solutions with a deep understanding of PEGA development. With over 10 years of experience in PEGA PRPC platform, including case management, UI design, and rules engine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between distributed systems through Kafka-based messaging and API integration. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying scalable PEGA applications, collaborating with enterprise architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals, implementing integrations between PEGA and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging queues, optimizing performance of PEGA applications, and troubleshooting complex issues. Additionally, you will maintain adherence to PEGA best practices, participate in peer code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices. To excel in this role, you should possess strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, proficiency in Kafka integration, experience in building and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services, familiarity with PEGA deployment pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies. Your solid experience and expertise in PEGA development will be instrumental in driving the success of the projects and meeting the business objectives.
