Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega PRPC applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in production environments using Pega's troubleshooting tools.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Pega best practices.

Job Requirements :

6-9 years of experience in Pega development with a focus on Business Process Management (BPM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong understanding of Pega Platform including PRPC, BPM, CSM, and other related technologies.
Experience working with complex business processes and ability to translate them into technical specifications.
