Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 18 years of experience in IT, specifically in Pega and CDH components, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and updating Decisioning components, as well as Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD). This position is available in PAN India, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Noida.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop Pega applications using various components such as Rules Process Commander, Business Data Objects, and User Interface Components.
Build and update Decisioning components to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega application performance and functionality.
Provide training and support to end-users on Pega applications.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Pega development.
Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, features, and best practices.
Experience with CDH components and building/updating Decisioning components.
Familiarity with Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD).
Certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect (Pega CSSA) certification is preferred.
Any graduation full-time.
