Strong knowledge on various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents and Ruleset Management. Familiar with Configurations using DSS, Application settings, Usage of Job Schedulers, Queue Processors. Troubleshooting using Tracer, Pega Rule Log, Pega Alert Log etc. Validates and challenge user stories as well as provide expertise to more accurately point user stories.
