Job Description

Job Summary:

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Pega implementation projects as the primary technical architect.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture.
Design and develop Pega BPM applications using Pega PRPC 8.x or higher.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and review design/code.
Define reusable components and frameworks for scalable solutions.
Enforce Pega and enterprise coding best practices and performance optimization.
Ensure end-to-end integration with external systems via REST, SOAP, MQ, etc.
Support deployment and post-production activities, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
