PEGA & Automation - Lead

Job Summary:

Technology Lead with a strong background in PEGA BPM and Automation Anywhere RPA platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving automation and process optimization strategies, leading technical teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions that streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using PEGA and Automation Anywhere.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs and convert them into technical solutions.
  
• Define solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in both BPM and RPA domains.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
  
• Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
  
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), tool evaluations, and capacity planning.
  
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all automation implementations.
  
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and report progress to leadership.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in PEGA and 3+ years in Automation Anywhere.
  
• Hands-on expertise in PEGA PRPC including case design, flows, activities, data pages, integrations, and rules management.
  
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360 platform including bot creation, control room, bot runners, and bot insights.
  
• Experience in integrating RPA with BPM systems or other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
  
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PEGA CLSA (Lead System Architect) or CSA/CSSA certifications.
  
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
  
• Experience in cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure) of PEGA or RPA solutions.
  
• Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
  
• Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or telecom domains is desirable.
