• Pro-To-Grow is a fast-growing D2C baby food & nutrition brand dedicated to providing safe, healthy, and science-backed nutrition solutions for children.

Role Overview:

• Looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels to drive customer acquisition and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate).
• Track and analyze KPIs – CAC, ROAS, CPL, CVR, LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences & landing pages.
• Research parent-focused consumer insights & competitor trends.
• Collaborate with content, design & product teams for high-performing campaigns.
• Build dashboards & ensure compliance with baby food/nutrition ad guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Statistics or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in D2C performance marketing (FMCG, baby care, nutrition preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; data-driven mindset.
• Passion for working in baby food & nutrition, with focus on trust and compliance.

KPIs to Own:

• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Conversion Rate (CVR)
• Revenue growth from digital campaigns

Salary : upto 6LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
