PEB Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) Sales Manager located in Pune. The PEB Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes creating proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, and monitoring market trends to adapt sales strategies. The manager will represent SSA STEELS at industry events and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Construction Materials
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in creating detailed proposals and presentations
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Strong relationship-building skills and customer orientation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CIVIL Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction or steel industry is a plus
