The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills and a basic understanding of construction or industrial building concepts. Job Title: PEB Sales Telecaller Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Summary: The PEB Sales Telecaller will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the sales team by making outbound calls to potential customers. This role involves identifying decision-makers, explaining the benefits and applications of Pre-Engineered Buildings, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the field sales team. Maintaining an accurate database of interactions and follow-ups is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to a database of potential clients in target industries (e.g., warehousing, manufacturing, industrial, commercial). Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and cold calling. Understand client requirements and assess if PEB solutions are a suitable fit. Product Pitching: Clearly and effectively explain the features, advantages, and benefits (FAB) of Pre-Engineered Buildings. Tailor the sales pitch to address the specific needs and pain points of potential customers. Answer preliminary questions about PEB technology, construction timelines, and cost-effectiveness. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, conference calls, or site visits for the field sales team with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Database Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate records of all calls, lead details, interactions, and follow-up activities. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Search Potential Clients Data (Basic): Search for the sources of the Data of Potential PEB Clients like Industrialists, Warehousing Firms, Industrial Land Owners, Commercial Land Owners etc Call to that list and Provide leads to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions. Customer Relationship Building: Build initial rapport and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with potential clients. Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but are not yet ready to commit. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment setting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in a similar sales/customer service role. Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sales sector is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) or related construction products/services is a strong asset. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and relevant regional languages. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to persuade and influence potential customers. Good negotiation and objection-handling skills. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office and CRM software. Job Description: PEB Plant Maintenance Technician Job Title: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Plant Maintenance Technician Location: [Specify Location, e.g., Jaipur, Rajasthan] Job Summary: The PEB Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal operational availability and efficiency of all machinery and equipment within the Pre-Engineered Building manufacturing plant. This includes performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and executing timely repairs on a variety of fabrication machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with industrial equipment common in steel fabrication, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on all plant machinery and equipment, including but not limited to: CNC cutting machines (plasma, oxy-fuel) Automated welding machines (e.g., Submerged Arc Welding - SAW) and manual welding stations Roll forming lines for purlins and girts Shearing machines and press brakes Punching and drilling machines (CNC and manual) Shot blasting and painting equipment Overhead cranes and material handling equipment Air compressors, hydraulic power packs, and pneumatic systems. Lubricate machinery, inspect parts, replace worn components, and perform adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed records of all preventive maintenance activities. Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in plant machinery. Perform emergency and breakdown repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and repairs. Identify and source necessary spare parts for repairs. Installation & Upgrades: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Participate in equipment upgrades and modifications to improve performance or safety. Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere strictly to all plant safety regulations, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, and safe work practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Report any safety hazards or potential issues to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager immediately. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work performed, parts used, and equipment status. Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies. Provide reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance as required. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to maintenance procedures, equipment reliability, and overall plant efficiency. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma or ITI certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment, preferably in a steel fabrication or PEB manufacturing facility. Proven experience in maintaining and repairing CNC machinery, welding equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and heavy fabrication machinery. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC circuits, motors, controls, sensors). Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including reading schematics. Experience with welding (SMAW, MIG, SAW preferred) and light fabrication for repair purposes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals. Familiarity with PLCs and VFDs is a plus. Basic knowledge of machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinders) for minor part repairs is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
