Job Description

As a PCD Pharma Franchise territory business development professional, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting franchise partners, expanding the existing distribution network, and developing new territories for PCD pharma product sales. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process, negotiating terms, and finalizing franchise agreements to drive revenue growth effectively. Your primary objective is to close franchise sales while nurturing positive relationships with prospective franchisees. You will be tasked with identifying interested parties, meeting and convincing them to take franchises, appointing new franchisees/PCD Distributors in vacant areas, and setting up stockists/superstockists for pharmaceutical products. Devising strategies to increase profitability of franchises, setting up the franchising model, generating and closing leads for franchise sale, and expanding the franchising network will be integral parts of your role. Your duties will involve prospecting for potential new dealers, meeting them to grow and leverage your network, identifying decision makers within the dealer organization, and building relationships with new partners. You will plan approaches and pitches, propose potential business deals, and lead the entire sales process from negotiation to contract agreements. Analyzing franchise agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and financial objectives, addressing inquiries and concerns of prospective franchisees, completing necessary documentation accurately and on time, and coordinating with various departments for training and support will also be your responsibilities. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify expansion opportunities, tracking sales performance metrics, and analyzing results for improvement are key aspects of your role. To be eligible for this position, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise, possessing good communication and business development skills. This is a full-time, contractual/temporary job with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 3 years (preferred) and be willing to travel up to 75% (preferred). The work location is in person.,
