Job Description

As a PCD Pharma Franchise territory business development professional, your role involves identifying and recruiting franchise partners, expanding the existing distribution network, and developing new territories for PCD pharma product sales. You will play a crucial part in developing franchise sales and finalizing franchise agreements. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by effectively closing franchise sales while maintaining positive relationships with prospective franchisees. **Responsibilities:** - Identifying interested parties, meeting them, and convincing them to take franchises. - Appointing new franchisees/PCD Distributors in vacant areas. - Appointing stockists/superstockists for pharmaceutical products and following up with existing franchisees/stockists for business development. - Devising ways to increase the profitability of franchises. - Setting up the franchising model. - Generating and closing leads for franchise sale. - Expanding the franchising network for the company and effectively managing it. - Prospecting for potential new dealers and turning this into increased business. - Meeting potential dealers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. - Identifying potential dealers and decision-makers within the dealer organization. - Researching and building relationships with new dealers. - Setting up meetings between dealer decision-makers and company practice leaders. - Planning approaches and pitches. - Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. - Leading the sales process, including negotiation of terms, pricing, and contract agreements to secure franchise sales. - Reviewing and analyzing franchise agreements to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and financial objectives. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective franchisees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process. - Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards. - Coordinating with various departments to provide training, support, and resources as needed. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for expansion and optimize sales efforts. - Developing and maintaining metrics to track sales performance, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement. **Eligibility:** - Any Graduate can Apply. - Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise. - Good communication and business development skills. In this role, you will be working full-time on a contractual/temporary basis with a day shift schedule. The preferred experience for this position is a total of 3 years, and willingness to travel up to 75% is also preferred. The work location will be in person.,
