PCD and Third Party Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a PCD and Third Party Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will involve calling prospective customers to promote pharmaceutical products manufactured by our pharma company. You will be required to make cold calls to generate leads, explain product details, and effectively close sales deals over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to prospective customers and generating leads. - Contacting existing customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements. - Promoting PCD and Third Party Products by explaining product features and benefits to customers. - Building rapport with customers and addressing any objections that may arise. - Achieving sales targets by closing deals over the phone. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Collaborating with teams such as marketing and sales for seamless operations. - Providing top-notch customer service and resolving any customer complaints efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role. - Strong ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Sound understanding of pharmaceutical products and the PCD and Third Party pharma industry. - Capability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently. - Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills. - Demonstrated high level of professionalism and customer service orientation. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. - Fluency in English with good communication skills.,
