Job Description

As a seasoned Process Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in PCBA manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in driving process optimization, ensuring product quality, and supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives through your advanced knowledge of SMT, Through-Hole, and assembly processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize end-to-end PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, Wave Soldering, AOI, ICT, and Functional Testing. - Develop and validate process parameters, work instructions, and control plans to enhance efficiency. - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and quality issues. - Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to provide support for DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and NPI activities. - Implement lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to drive operational excellence. - Evaluate and qualify new equipment, jigs, and fixtures for production to improve manufacturing processes. - Ensure compliance with IPC standards and ESD controls to maintain product quality and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field. - 10+ years of core experience in PCBA process engineering. - Strong knowledge of SMT line setup, reflow profiling, and AOI/ICT/functional test systems. - Proficiency in using SPC, FMEA, PFMEA, and DOE tools for process optimization. - Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0 and traceability systems would be advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation for process improvements.,
