Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or related discipline

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in:
• PCB layout and routing
• Mixed-signal designs
• Low-power and high-current PCB designs
• Gerber file generation and review
• Exposure to SMT manufacturing processes and machinery

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-layer, high-speed PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools.
• Strong design knowledge of high-speed digital and analog boards.
• Design controlled-impedance PCBs and ensure compliance with high-speed design guidelines for:
• Signal integrity
• Impedance control
• Crosstalk
• EMI/EMC
• Perform PCB layouts and manual routing in accordance with customer and company PCB design standards.
• Optimize layouts to meet mechanical and thermal constraints, including:
• Component placement
• Via placement
• Trace routing
• Interface with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors to apply correct:
• Impedance rules
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
• Design for Assembly (DFA)
• Design for Testability (DFT) guidelines
• Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings, manufacturing panels, pick-and-place data, and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Generate BOMs and Gerber files.
• Analyse schematic diagrams to develop accurate and efficient PCB layouts.
• Handle schematic capture, library management, and creation of symbols and footprints.
• Working knowledge of 3D PCB drawings and mechanical coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
