Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in

  Java, PHP,.Net, Python or Selenium

  or similar enterprise technologies

• Strong understanding of

  P&C insurance domain

  : policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, billing
• Hands-on experience with one or more P&C platforms:

  Guidewire (Gosu), Duck Creek, Majesco

• Experience in configuring business rules, data models, workflows, and UI components
• Expertise in integrating with third-party systems (e.g., Payment Gateways, Document Services, Rating Engines)
• Familiarity with

  XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs

  , messaging (Kafka, JMS), and database design
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
