As a Product Consultant at Splash, you will be responsible for handling complex client queries, conducting in-depth research, providing enterprise-level support, and using creative problem-solving skills to enhance the client experience. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, documenting client history, and offering long-term advice to Priority and Priority Elite clients. Key Responsibilities: - Handle complex client queries, including bug fixes, detailed event setups, and specialized expertise - Conduct research to provide effective recommendations for product adoption and expansion - Provide enterprise-level support for the Splash platform and integrations - Develop solutions based on customer use cases using critical thinking skills - Document client history, workflows, and best practices for internal support guides - Work with Priority and Priority Elite clients to offer long-term advice and support - Earn the opportunity for additional responsibilities such as subject matter expertise and mentoring new hires Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting or similar role - Familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly in marketing automation or CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) - Experience in supporting enterprise clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach - Strong time management and prioritization skills - Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API setup This job offers you the chance to work closely with clients, tackle challenging issues, and contribute to the improvement of the overall client experience at Splash.,
