As a Product Consultant at Splash, you will be a key member of our team dedicated to providing top-tier assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve handling complex client queries with efficiency and expertise. You will be tasked with resolving issues related to bug fixes, detailed event setups, and specialized problems by conducting thorough research to deliver effective recommendations that drive the adoption and expansion of Splash products. Your role will also encompass providing enterprise-level support for the Splash platform and integrations. This will involve managing cases from initiation to resolution while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you develop innovative solutions tailored to individual customer use cases. In addition to resolving client issues, you will play a vital role in documenting client history, workflows, and best practices to enhance internal support guides. Working closely with Priority and Priority Elite clients, you will offer long-term advice and support for program management, thereby building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical consulting or a similar role is required, along with familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly in marketing automation or CRM such as Marketo or Salesforce. Your ability to support enterprise clients, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, will be instrumental in your success. Furthermore, strong time management, prioritization skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential traits for this role. Additionally, any experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API setup would be considered a bonus.
