Job Description

As a P&C Services Agent at KONE, your role will involve enabling high-quality and efficient HR service delivery by contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of P&C Services under the guidance of the Head of P&C Services and the Center of Expertise organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing HR processes such as master data, reporting, learning and development, reward and recognition, and talent management from a centralized P&C Services delivery perspective to ensure process alignment. - Providing input for process development through continuous improvement and LEAN methodology to simplify ways of working. - Training and coaching the P&C Services team on various HR processes and tool-related topics and supporting them in resolving queries. - Supporting and advising employees and managers in using HR tools and assisting them with P&C processes related questions and administrative actions. - Processing transactions, handling queries, and ensuring quality and service level agreements are met. - Collaborating with other P&C colleagues to provide a smooth and consistent user experience. - Reporting time and process performance data based on request and maintaining working instructions and knowledge base. - Supporting process improvements and harmonization activities and participating in team meetings, process analysis, and improvement actions. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Experience and knowledge in HR processes like master data, reporting, learning and development, reward and recognition, and talent management. - Experience using Workday and/or other HR solutions. - Experience working in a shared service center. - Strong language skills in English, Hindi, and at least 2 Indian regional languages (preferably Telugu or Kannada). - Empathy, a true service mindset, and the ability to promote two-way communication. - Willingness to work in different time zones/shifts and ability to create reports and analyze data. - Problem-solving skills and a focus on quality.
