Role Title: TeamLead/ Assistant Manager Business: Degree Apprenticeship Sub-Department/Function: Service Delivery Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Senior Manager Role & Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll processing tasks, including data entry, calculations, and ensuring accuracy in payroll transactions. Handle payroll for all Trainees / Apprentice, including salary, benefits, taxes, and deductions. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to apprentice payroll. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly and accurately. Address Clients inquiries and concerns regarding payroll matters. Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare payroll-related reports for management and other stakeholders as needed. Prepare Debit Note & Credit Note for short and excess billing as needed. Education & Experience Bachelor& degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience in client onboarding or customer service roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
