Job Summary:

HR Payroll Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time

  • Maintain employee payroll records and attendance data

  • Calculate salaries, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements

  • PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws

  • Handle payroll audits and statutory filings

  • Address employee payroll-related queries and issues

  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll closure

  • Generate payroll reports and MIS as required
