Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Partners with the Payroll provider and other Boeing organizations to ensure correct information is provided for their use in calculating pay.
• Validates complex payroll data received from Payroll provider to ensure quality and timely output for employees.
• Prepares complex payroll and timekeeping management reports.
• Analyzes and helps interpret sophisticated, policies, and payroll per in country regulatory requirements.
• Oversees payroll and timekeeping implementations at new business locations.
• Supports cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and tools.
• Addresses employee inquiries.
• Ensures system compliance by improving internal controls, guidelines to regulatory requirements.
• Teams with other Boeing organizations (e.g. Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers in region) to address and support cross organizational payroll process.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in India payroll execution
• Strong written and oral communications in English
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with Workday
