Job Description

Role Overview: As a Compliance & Documentation specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes are compliant with regulations and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also identify opportunities for automation to improve process efficiency and reliability. Your role will involve overseeing the creation and management of knowledge repositories to facilitate effective knowledge transfer among teams. Additionally, you will lead a team of Country Leads and Process Experts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management. You will serve as the primary escalation point for clients in the region, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention and enhance process reliability. - Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and drive operational efficiency. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of knowledge repositories for effective knowledge transfer. - Manage and develop a team of Country Leads and Process Experts, offering guidance, mentoring, and performance management. - Serve as the primary escalation point for clients within the region, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through proactive engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Experience in managing cross-country teams and stakeholders. - Proven ability to drive automation and process improvement initiatives. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer orientation and ability to manage complex client environments.
