Key Responsibilities
· Handle monthly remittances and challan generation for all statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.
· Complete knowledge of operating PF & ESIC Portal. Knowledge of Rules & Regulations of PF, ESIC, PT & LWF
· Knowledge of payroll processing will be an added advantage
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, income tax rules, and compliance requirements
· Manage employee queries related to statutory deductions and compliance
· Client servicing and additional assignments as when client requires
Desired Candidate Profile –
· Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliance related to payroll
· Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software
· Minimum 3 years’ experience
· Males/Females, graduate/under-graduate, preferably having work experience with a consulting firm in a similar work profile.
· Excellent Communication and coordination skills along with English proficiency

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
